Cooper Contractors is a family-owned and operated custom home builder in Moneta, Virginia. Dennis F. Cooper started the licensed and insured company more than 35 years ago, and he has spent those years building homes at Smith Mountain Lake.
Dennis works on the job site alongside his employees. He is known for quality craftsmanship and attention to detail, which has led to his success and excellent customer service. In fact, ninety percent of his work comes from referrals by past clients.
Dennis’ wife Kelli works with him to organize every detail of the building process. Together, they are perfectionists at what they do.

Where is Cooper Contractors located?
Our office is in Moneta, Virginia. We build throughout the Smith Mountain Lake area, including Moneta, Hardy and Huddleston, and serve southwestern Virginia.
